The Universal Law of Attraction (Part 4 in a series of 8 on Universal Law)

The well-known Law of Attraction reminds us that we are vibration, and upholds the principles that “like attracts like” and that “we are the creator of our own realities.”

(Links to the other 7 articles in the series are at the end of this post).

The Law of Attraction is simply the reality that within the Universal Matrix we attract back to us experiences that hold similar vibrations to what we send out energetically. This is because our thoughts, attitudes, and actions, as well as their intentions and intensities are held within our Life Matrix* and emit vibrations that the Universe reads as requests.

This article/blog post is based in concepts from my books

Your Journey to Peace … “ About Book  here

and “Why We Are the Way We Are”  About Book  here

(Book cover images below)

When we emerged from the Oneness God-energy we inherited the gift of conscious co-creation, and it was through the vibrations of our thoughts, desires, and ideas that our creations could come about. Having lost the awareness that this is how we create, we have also forgotten that this is how the Universe responds to us.

The vibrations created through our thoughts, attitudes, desires, ideas and the intentions behind them are held in our Life Matrix, which acts as our blueprint. What we emit from our blueprint is interpreted like requests, and the intensity these vibrations hold translates as a barometer of the importance of our requests.

The stronger the emotional attachment to something, be that an intense like or dislike,

the stronger the pull to attract the same back to us.

It is like a resonating energetic vibration and acts like a boomerang.

It’s really very simple. If we are compassionate, compassion will be returned to us. If we are judgmental, judgment will follow us. If we create conflict with others, conflict will surround us. And it is our general attitudes that matters. If we do falter from time to time, it does not have a major impact on how life shows up for us.

These are simple and general explanations, and it is not always the case. Sometimes our soul life plan is for us to deal with judgmental people when we are not, or those who create conflict, when we do not. Negative people are put in front of us for soul growth – so that we have opportunities to be fully accepting of even people who are negative.

Negativity and conflict promote divisiveness. The vibrations these emit are of a low resonance, and they are dense. Denseness sets up blocks between us and Universal flow.

If we want to improve how life is showing up for us, we have to shift our vibrations. Ensure we are emitting positive, uplifting, and empowering vibes. That our thoughts focus on what we want – not what’s happening now or what we don’t want.

Positive and accepting attitudes promote harmony. The vibrations these emit are of a high resonance, and they are light. Lightness allows for the back and forth of Universal flow.

Negative thoughts and attitudes are dense.  Disharmony is dense.

Positive and accepting attitudes are light. Harmony is light.

Our souls / inner beings / the Universe know the difference.

They respond to what we put out there.

When we adopt more positive thoughts and attitudes we experience more peace in the moment, as well as invite more positive circumstances into our life.

When we shift negative attitudes and behaviors and become open to new ways of looking at others and life, these newfound ways of being also pave the way for us to improve our relationships and generally feel more peace, joy, and harmony in our lives.

It is our general vibration that impacts our life the most. Being positive, light-hearted, and worry-free sets us up to receive from Universal flow, as these qualities create a lightness within us. We can then tune into Universal flow, as we are on the same wave-length

And being grateful for what we have also shifts our vibration as gratitude moves us into a high vibration – one that is synonymous with the energy of the Universe.

Being negative, heavy-hearted, and worried sets us up to have more of the same, as these qualities create a denseness within us. We cannot tune into Universal flow, as we are not on the same wave-length.

This returning of what we emit is not a judgment from God, nor a trick of nature. It is just a natural phenomenon, a Universal Law, just like gravity is to our physical environment here on earth.

The Law of Attraction is always at play, and it is actually a precursor to other Universal Laws, including the Law of Cause and Effect, which builds on the premise of the Law of Attraction, and will be the subject of my next article in this series. (Link to read below)

Universal Truths and the Masters Messages Come to Us in Many Ways

*(Our Life Matrix: Is the lens through which we view ourselves and navigate the world. It holds all of our attitudes, ideals, heart beliefs, and habitual patterns that we unconsciously developed to protect ourselves from real or perceived physical or emotional onslaughts.  It provides the impetus to become who we think we need to be and what we think we need to do to uphold these perceptions —whether they are real or false, known or unknown, or whether or not they ultimately serve our highest good).

The Universal Law of Authenticity – Part 2 /2

Our True Self is subtle. Unemotional. Quiet. It speaks through our heart. To truly come from an authentic place within our self we have to be able to connect to the subtler parts of our self. Honestly in touch with and acknowledging our feelings (hurts and fears), desires, and motivations – calmly.

And to be authentic with others we have to express from an open and clear heart. Void of any created barriers or neediness.

For Part 1 see HERE   (This is the 3rd article of 8 from my series on Universal Laws. Links to other 7 at end).

This article/blog post is based in concepts from my books

Being authentic means that we are able to:

  • In tune with what we want out of life – but also why. (Not necessarily the details but the general idea and how this would make us feel);
  • See ourselves clearly ― who we are being, what we are doing, and why;
  • Able to recognize, look at, and address when we fall into negativity – be it succumbing to anger, aggressiveness, neediness, deep set fears, revenge, passive aggressiveness, or any other negative pattern that causes us or those around us angst;
  • Connect to and accept the fact that we may not always have been acting consciously regarding past attitudes, behaviors, or actions;
  • Be honest with our self about any past attitudes or behaviors that hurt others or did not serve us well;
  • Not be afraid to acknowledge our errors or bad choices, while at the same time forgive our self. We are all only ever doing our best within our current awareness. This also helps us to forgive others;
  • Express our hurts and our needs honestly – even if the words are not eloquently formed;
  • Know when to let go of old habits or outdated beliefs or ideals that are no longer serving our highest good, or that of those around us;
  • Spend a day, a week, or even longer alone because we are comfortable with our self and accepting of who we are;
  • Not be overly discouraged by failure as we know something else will come about.

Becoming authentic and getting acquainted with our essence – our True Self brings us joy, peace within our self, harmony with others, and gives us a clearer vision of our future.

Being authentic is to live and speak from the heart. Without inner fears, unconscious influences, or any neediness our heart-space is open and we are able to feel confident and express honestly to others.

As we start to peel away the layers between our created Self and our True Self our authentic self starts to shine through. We are embracing the Laws of Openness and Authenticity.

About Why ..hereAbout Journey …  here

The Universal Law of Authenticity – Part 1 of 2 (And 3 of 8 in my series on Universal Law)

The Law of Authenticity follows the Law of Openness because our heart has to first be open to universal flow for us to feel joy, inner-peace, connect to what will truly make us happy, and become our Best Self.

For Part 2 see HERE

(This is the 3rd article from my series of 8 on Universal Law. Links to other 7 are at end)

To embrace the Law of Authenticity we must come from an honest place within our self – from our heart-space – in touch with our soul – our True Self.

To be truly authentic our heart must be fully open: we must be in touch with that honest place within our self.

Our hearts are often somewhat open and we may feel moments of joy, sometimes connect to what makes us happy, and have inklings of what our Best Self looks like.

At the same time, we may have a vague feeling that we are not in touch with the part of our self that inspires us to become all that we can be. We are not fully in touch with our True Self – the core of who we are our essence – our authentic self.

This article/blog post is based in concepts from my books

Your Journey to Peace … “  About Book  here

  Why We Are the Way We AreAbout Book  here

(Both available in print and e-book, Cover images below)

We may have unknowingly erected barriers that weaken our confidence, influence our thought-processes, block inspiration, and stifle our creativity.

When in touch with our essence our authentic self – and connected to our True Self we feel assured and are confident in our value and strengths. We feel inspired.

We act on our inspirations. We use our strengths to bring them to fruition. We go after what we want.

We view others and the world from a clear, unbiased framework without the need to blame or judge. From this clarity we can bring forth all that we were meant to be. We do not need to puff our self up, yield to popular attitudes or beliefs, or succumb to pressure from others.

Our True Self is continuously expressing to us in ways that guide us to become our Best Self. But we must hear it.

We cannot hear what it is attempting to convey if unconscious influences run our lives. If we live in fear. Are in denial of truths about our self. Or hold strong to outdated beliefs or ideals.

Our unconscious influences are ruled by our created Self. Negative reactionary attitudes and/or behaviors may have emerged as a result of unhealed emotional wounds.

We may have adopted defense mechanisms to protect who we feel we need to be. Unmet emotions may have created neediness in us.

As these come from deep within we think that they are true expressions of who we are – that we are being authentic when we feel and express in these ways. But we are not being truly authentic.

Everything Stems from Either Love or Fear

We are not connected to our essence. Yes, at this moment in time this is how we feel. But our feeling and the urges to react in negative and disharmonious ways are not coming from a pure place.

Negatively charged reactions and defense mechanisms are automatic. Erratic. Highly emotional. They come from unaddressed hurts or issues.

They may show themselves as anger, control, impatience, or defensiveness, etc. They are often loud and forceful.

Or, they may show up as passive-aggressiveness, which appears subtler but holds an internal emotional component that will eventually rear its ugly head and cause disharmony.

These emotionally charged ways of reacting block the connection to our True Self. Neediness causes us to emotionally attach our desires, expectations, and happiness onto others, bypassing the connection to our True Self.

Today’s Understanding of Angels and Miracles (part 2 / 2)

(Link for Part 1 of this article is below)

Demystifying Miracles

Miracles are usually associated with healing or the manipulation of elements, such as a spontaneous healing, a yogi bending spoons with his mind, or Jesus turning water into wine.

The answer to an impossible prayer/request is also often considered a miracle, as are events that defy reason or probabilities, such as having the strength to lift a car off a trapped person.

The limited perspective of the linear, third-dimensional awareness most of us exist under does not allow us to see or understand what cannot be explained by our physical laws.

The higher the level of consciousness we exist under, the more easily we can connect to the universal forces, where the laws of time, space, and form are easily overcome.

Check out my newly released book, Why We Are the Way We Are, Book 1 of my new ‘Our Journeys to Peace’ Series here

Why we are the Way We are

Engaging our higher, supernatural God-selves, we become attuned to the organic, quantum makeup of the elements. Just as we can direct our hands to move a book, in advanced states we can manipulate the elements with our consciousness. Enlightened yogis and the Masters all attained these high states enabling them to overcome the physical laws.

When we partner-up with Spirit, or invoke higher-realm beings in our meditations or prayers, physical laws can be overcome, as those in higher states can make what seems impossible happen for us. Synchronicities happen.

Not all miracles are physical; some are mental or emotional, such as having a change of heart or attitude.

The word miracle in A Course in Miracles proposes that every second of every minute of every day, and with regard to anybody and within every situation, even minor shifts in our attitudes or though processes from those based in fear to those based in love* are considered miracles.

Each positive shift in attitude raises our consciousness, changes our vibration and trajectory, and as we are all connected changes those of Humanity.

Today's Understanding of Angels and Miracles (part 2 / 2)Every shift to a love-based attitude helps to alleviate the fear-based paradigm that is keeping us all tied to the limitations of third-dimensional living.

The Secret of Enough – Part 2

(For Part 1 of this article/blog post see here)

What is enoughEnough is different for everyone. Most of us in the Western world do want some luxuries and modern commodities and some of it can be supported by Mother Nature (if we are wise about it), but many of us have gone overboard.

In The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight Thom Hartmann reminds us that our current society lives under the myth that “some stuff will make you happy, then twice as much stuff will make you twice as happy, and ten times as much will make you ten times as happy, and so on, into infinity.” (1)

And although greed has been around for eons, it has only recently extended to such abusive actions towards our Planet as to threaten her (and thereby our) very survival. Where did this current greed come from?

In his essay, “The World of Wonder” in Spiritual Ecology, Thomas Berry explains that in North America this attitude of acquiring grew as a result of our lack of embracing or understanding the concept of “Earth-based spirituality” when we first came here from Europe.

He reminds us that not only did the Indigenous people understand the relationship between heaven, earth, and its people, evidenced by their rituals and ceremonies to evoke the powers of the Universe, most ancient cultures did as well. He tells us that the pillars in India, China, Greece, Egypt and Rome “were established to delineate a sacred center which provided a point of reference for human affairs and bound Heaven and Earth together.” (2)

The Secret of Enough

Barry explains that we came to America from Europe believing we were religious, educated, scientifically advanced, and able to create our own political organizations. We “saw ourselves as a divine blessing on this continent. In reality we were a predator people on an innocent continent.”

We saw a land that could allow us to break away from the “monarchical governments … and their world of royalty and subservience,” but rather than be in awe of the grandness and beauty of this land, we saw it as a “continent available for exploitation.” Although we were searching for new values, our attitudes of greed and control did not really change; nor did they reflect the values of the native people already here. (3)

In large part, except for the few who have rejected commercialism, such as the Mennonites, Indigenous peoples, and certain rural tribes, having lost the connection to the concept of enough and respect for our Planet, most societies have fallen under the spell of acquiring and greed.

Our Planet is meant to support us. If we return to a reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth we will all have access to its life-affirming energy: we will all have enough. Returning to the wisdom of nature at this juncture in our evolution and with our growing population is vital!

See here for information of my newly released Why We Are the Way We Are – Book 1 of my new ‘Our Journeys to Peace’ Series

As I was exploring various subjects when researching for my book Your Journey to Peace …, (whose concepts this article is based on) a notion was growing in me that the Indigenous peoples’ gentle nature and connection to the earth were somehow connected to the healing of Humanity. I was directed to various answers.

More of what I discovered is further explored in my next article/ blog post, “The Indigenous Beliefs and Our Planet’s Healing.” I will explain how eons ago the Indigenous peoples around the world actually made a conscious decision to forego industrialization so that they could show us the roadmap back when we had lost our way – when we had forgotten about the secret of enough and the importance of our connection to Mother Earth and of our reciprocal relationship with her.
