In “Your Journey to Peace …  ” I also explain how finding our Best Self allows us

  • to connect to inner joy,
  • become empowered in all areas of our life,
  • improve our relationships, and
  • find ways to live in harmony with those all around us.

I intertwine the many spiritual and religious concepts and philosophies with other areas of study and concerns that I discovered were related to our personal journeys, such as science, our health, our connection to the Planet, the necessity of reconcilliation with those we have disempowered, and the importance of our relationship to the Indigenous peoples.

As I weave these all together, I explain how each little positive attitude shift or behavior change we make causes a ripple effect that not only elevates Humanity, but affects the Universe as a whole.

Conclusion

PART I: Main Points Discussed

  • Why we are the way we are individually and collectively; and how we got this way
  • How we find peace within ourselves by making peace in our relationships and all situations.
  • That God does not allow for suffering! We create it by upholding dualistic concepts of me-and-you and us-and-them that we embraced at our beginnings and before form.
  • The precursor to the big bang was the need for “form” to play out those dualistic concepts we chose at our beginnings: all our issues stem from those original concepts based on ideas of separation rather than unity.
  • We are living at a time of spiritual evolution. Peoples’ demands for equality and fairness for all as well as our cries for transparency are all part of what is called the Shift – a time that was mapped out in the stars at our beginnings. It is our cosmic time to embrace the Oneness we all share and let go of our propensity for attitudes that promote our separateness.

PART II: Main Points Discussed – (more details below):

  • How all the different rituals and concepts within the various religions and spiritualities are similar in their purpose.
  • Scientific information that helps us make peace with our religions, like how the understanding time makes the seven-day creation model valid.
  • What are the extraterrestrials’ origins? How we can reconcile the growing evidence of our past association with the ETs and our scriptures and beliefs.
  • The importance of our Planet to our spiritual growth and our need to embrace the Indigenous people’s connection to Gaia.
  • That we chose to be here at this time of the Shift to bring about our personal and Gaia’s Ascensions.
  • Our futures will be based in love and its uniting qualities, rather than fear and its divisive qualities.

Universal Truths and the Masters Messages Come to Us in Many Ways

Understanding Universal Law (Part 1 of 8 in my series on Universal Law)

Just as there are proven laws such as gravity that govern our physical world, there are also laws that govern our Universe. Many affect us.

(Links to the other 7 articles  in series at end of this post)

Everything in the Universe, including us, emerged from and is still connected to and intertwined with the energy of the original creative source – embodied by a Oneness and often referred to as God, Source, Creator, etc. And there is a perfect divine plan – a creative principle – that holds it all together.

Based on this creative principle, invisible codes were set out at the creation of our cosmos. Throughout history, the sages who were guiding us gave us governing principles based on the Universal matrix’s invisible codes.

This article/blog post is based in concepts from my books

Your Journey to Peace … “ About Book  here

and “Why We Are the Way We Are”  About Book  here

(Book cover images below)

Some became known as the Universal Laws, Kingdom Principles, and Hermetic Laws. However, these laws and principles do not hold commands. They are about vibrations.

These laws are meant as guidelines to help us align our vibrations – through our thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and ways of being to that of our original creative source. The more aligned we are to Source the easier it is for us to become our Best Selves and reach our highest potentials – in form here on earth, as well as in assisting our soul’s journey into its next phase.

Micro and Macro Universal Principles of Form

On a macro level the Universal principles govern the creation and maintenance of all form: the planets, the stars, the galaxies, etc. – and hold it all in perfect divine balance.

On a micro level, Universal principles affect the subtler aspects the creations, like evolution, or the natural laws of the animal kingdom whereby the stronger survive. It is the subtler aspects of these governing principles that influences us.

It is in the understanding and application of the principles of the creation codes, like the Oneness paradigm and the Universal Laws that pertain to us, that help us to evolve – individually, collectively, and in conjunction with our Planet. They also help us to recognize our connection to the cosmos.

These Universal Laws and their principles influence our relationship to our self, to others, and to the part of us that still holds the link to our creative source (higher Self, God, Source, Creator, Spirit, Holy Spirit – whatever we feel comfortable calling that connection.

Universal Law and Our Past History

Universal Law and its principles have been passed on to us throughout history – through numerous holy people, in many ways, and in various forms. Through their gods, teachers, and philosophers the ancients attempted to explain the laws and principles that pertain to creation, the cosmos, and our link to them.

They also attempted to explain the subtler aspects of the creative principle – as they relate to us. Based on these principles, texts were written that influenced many of the religions and thought-systems of the day.

In his investigation regarding human consciousness and religion, Stanislav Grof tells us in The Holotropic Mind: The Three Levels of Human Consciousness and How They Shape Our Lives that this creative principle, or cosmic consciousness, that has been written about in many ancient religious scriptures is known by different names: “Brahman in Hinduism, Dharmkaya in Mahayana Buddhism, the Tao in Taoism, Pneuma in Christian mysticism, Allah in Sufism, and Kether in the Kabbalah.”(1)

One of the much-revered spiritual teachers of the ancient Egyptians was Thoth Hermes Trismegistus, who they later declared to be their god Thoth. From his teachings emerged the Hermetic Laws.

Later on, the Greeks were so impressed with Thoth and his teachings that they took on the principles of the Hermetic Laws and named him their god Hermes. It is widely believed that Thoth and these laws and principles influenced many other writings and spiritual communities such as the Sumerians, the Buddhists, ancient Judaism, and Christianity.

Many of these writings made their way into religious and spiritual texts we still use today. However, we have to make the distinction between the Universal Laws and the religious rules we are to live by, such as the 613 rules of Judaism.

Universal Laws (Kingdom Principles, Hermetic Laws, etc.) are esoteric in nature.

They are over-arching principles of how the Universe works – just like gravity is a scientific principle on earth.

Nonetheless, it is evident that many of the rules to live by in the various religions have some basis in Universal Law.

We Are Creative Consciousness

In his same book, Grof also tells us that when physicists explored the micro world, they concluded that what “appears to be made up of solid objects” is actually an interweaving “complex web of unified events and relationships.” He says that we can then conclude that “consciousness does not just passively reflect the material world; it plays an active role in creating reality itself” (2).

Everything in the Universe is vibration and in a constant state of flux, and so everything – including us is – always being influenced by these governing principles – whether we are aware of it or not. And because everything holds a consciousness, outcomes can be directed.

We now understand the connection between scientific findings like quantum physics and spiritual concepts like the Law of Attraction’s premise that “we create our own realities.” Outcomes in the natural world and individual outcomes can be consciously altered.

Grof’s findings also show that the message is the same across all the religions he investigated – that not only can we connect with the creative principle, but in a sense, we are the creative principle. He says that being able to connect to and become this creative consciousness is a logical extension when we look at the boundaries found within the physical universe.

Grof relates this to quantum principles, because it shows us that physical boundaries are arbitrary, illusory, and can therefore be transcended. He explains that in our enlightenment moments we transcend these boundaries and experience the cosmic consciousness. (I further discuss these and other scientific principles as they relate to us in chapter 7, Science).

Universal Law and the Planes of Existence

Universal Law and its principles apply to, link, and govern the various planes of existence – the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. Everything in the physical plane is either in a phase of growth, or decay. The mental plane, or consciousness, is either in a state of thinking, planning, or creating – whether through the individual or the collective mind.

The spiritual plane embodies the All – the Oneness: it sees the big picture. Our higher Self resides on this spiritual plane. This is why it is always encouraging us to understand the big picture and to embrace attitudes that align with the qualities of Oneness.

Even though we and our bodies are on the physical plane, aligning with the Universal Laws allows us to access the spiritual plane – and all that it embodies.

When our vibrations are aligned with the principles of the Universal Laws,

they are in harmony with those of the universal creative force

and we can tap into its unconditional love and the power it holds.

Being positive, joyful, having hope, having an open heart, and being fearless are some of the qualities that align us with universal flow. So do all aspects of love and anything that upholds harmony and aims to unite.

When we are being negative, closed off, angry, judgmental, despondent, or pessimistic etc., we are distanced from universal flow, and by default we are stuck within the restrictions of our human limitations. Our power-base is weak and unconditional love is almost inaccessible.

The higher and more aligned our vibrations are to the universal codes of creation the more we can experience the expanded consciousness within it.

Many Universal Laws from Many Sources

Over time, many, many concepts have been deemed Universal Laws. Many overlap. For example, in my book I put forth the Law of Cause and Effect, which I based on concepts in A Course in Miracles.

I recently discovered that it is also deemed one of the ancient Hermetic Laws. The idea is basically the same: for every cause, there is an effect. This law advises us to become aware of the effects our thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors have on ourselves, and on others.

In her book, The Great Awakening, and through her channelings with Sanat Kumara Linda Dillon gives us 13 Universal Laws, some of which are The Law of Sacred Purpose, the Law of Give and Receive, and the Law of Within and Without – which is also a Hermetic Law.

All the Universal Laws of the past and present have value, hold truth, and offer us good guidelines. Following their principles helps us align to Source. Some could be considered subsets of others.

The reason for so many, and for such a variety, is that they were written at a certain time, for a certain audience, and with a specific purpose.

Although Linda Dillon and I hold many of the same philosophies and beliefs, the Universal Laws I put forth in my book are different from those she gives us.

Although they all aim to guide us to raise our vibration and many point to similar concepts to live by, our audiences are different and the context and purpose we have for them have a slightly different slant.

Here is a small summary of the Universal Laws from chapter 2 Universal Laws / Kingdom Principles.

First, the Law of Openness denotes that we have to be in a state of receptivity to be able to access the love, joy, sense of empowerment and other gifts available to us from the Universe.

Second, the Law of Authenticity indicates that we need to come from an honest place within ourselves. We must understand where our motivations come from.

Third, the well-known Law of Attraction confirms that we are vibration and maintains the principles that “like attracts like” and “we are the creator of our own realities.”

Fourth, the Law of Cause and Effect clarifies that we are the cause of our experiences, not at the effect of the world around us.

Fifth, the Law of Balance suggests that we should strive to live in a way that promotes a sense of equilibrium in our lives and harmony in our beings. To become balanced, we also have to make peace with all parts of ourselves as well as the world around us.

And finally, the Law of Expansion comes into play in our lives once the other laws are well integrated into our beings, whereby the exponential function allows us to take a sharp upward turn and expand into all that we can be.

Newsletter – June 2018 – Fatherhood in Our Changing World

Welcome to my June 2018 Newsletter

 Fatherhood in Our Changing World

We now realize that much of what was the norm – – even in the recent past – is no longer appropriate. The beliefs, ideals, and ways of being aimed to control, marginalize, and disempower others no longer feel right for most of us.

Still, the father figure’s love, caring and providing for, and protection of his (or her) children and family is, and will remain, a vital part of our societal norms. It is just shifting to a more loving and positive form as required by Humanity’s stage of evolution.

Self Forgiveness is Paramount to becoming Our Best Selves

Forgiving ourselves is vital to becoming our Best Self. No matter what “bad things” we have thought, believed, supported, done, or not done, time we have wasted, money we have squandered, or any addictions we have succumbed to, we can turn our life around and rise above what has held us in negative attitudes or patterns hurting our self or others.

To do so we must embrace the concept of unconditional love for ourselves. The Universe (God, Spirit, Source, or whatever we call the creative universal power) offers us only unconditional love, and within that premise is complete forgiveness.

The understanding is that we only ever hurt our self, others, or act badly because we are disconnected from the love within our True Self, and are thereby misaligned from universal understanding.

This blog article is based on concepts in my book Your Journey to Peace, Bridging the Gap Between Religion, Spirituality, Psychology, and Science. Book Synopsis is found here).

Archetypes Act As Conduits to Help Us, and to Strengthen Latent Qualities Within Us

Even though at our core we are pure love, being distanced from our True Self and disconnected from the unconditional love within it we are not attuned to the nuances of compassion, understanding, and forgiveness it holds – for our self and towards others.

Detached from these loving qualities we do not always act in our own best interests. This disconnect from the love within us causes us to see others through a clouded lens, which induces us to act negatively towards them.

We are all somewhat misaligned from our True Self and these show up in the various ways we navigate life. This coupled with our various personalities, habits, preferences, upbringing, sexual identities, and our and racial and cultural backgrounds make us all look, speak, and behave differently.

When we have a strong connection to our True Self and the love within it we do not see or focus on the differences – we see beyond them to the core of the other person – to the love within them.

When we have a weak connection to our True Self and thereby to the love within us, we see others through the clouded lens of the unconscious influences that run our lives and lie between us and our True Self. These causes us to judge, blame, shame, belittle, criticize, ignore, or act in other impassionate ways towards others.

When we act in disapproving or hurtful ways towards others our inner being knows we are acting from our misalignment and still offers us unconditional love and forgiveness. However, the filter of our unconscious influences does not allow these to get through to us, and our ego jumps on the chance to instill guilt and shame into our psyche.

For eons Humanity’s history has been based on blame, judgment, guilt, and shame, and so the premise of unconditional love and forgiveness is long forgotten.

Guilt and shame are now so ingrained into our psyches that we unknowingly hold onto them and are unaware of the effects they have on our lives. Our inner-being knows it is not good to hold onto these, or any, buried feelings and aims to dispose of them.

In attempts to rid ourselves of these unwanted buried and confusing feelings of guilt and shame we project them onto others or out into the world. This is actually counterproductive, as in doing so we actually amass more and guilt and shame, and a vicious cycle ensues.

This is why self-forgiveness is paramount to  overcoming negative responses, and is what allows us feel empowered and become our Best Self.

Self Forgiveness is Paramount to becoming Our Best Selves

Self-forgiveness requires giving up and releasing guilt and the shame that goes along with it. Guilt is the principal thief of emotional happiness, but it is only a trick of the mind and has no substance. The underlying causes of guilt are in the past and should therefore be relinquished.

Knowing why we said or did hurtful things makes it easier for our unconscious to exonerate itself from our attitudes or actions that have hurt our self or others.

To release the guilt and dissolve the shame we have to acknowledge and release the emotions of what we have done, or not done. Understanding that we were only projecting our unconscious influences onto others, room is then made in the deepest part of our self to connect to the peace and general feeling of well-being that is our intended state.

However, during this process of acknowledgement and release we must remember not to get stuck in the old story of what we have or have not done.

Depending on both our innate personality and what we need to forgive our self for, this can be immediate or take years of work. Even those who have committed crimes and are in jail can tap into universal unconditional love and the forgiveness within it and experience a sense of well-being.

We practice self-forgiveness when we recognize that the thoughts we had, words we uttered, deeds we did, or things we didn’t do that are causing us angst, guilt, shame, discomfort, or caused us to become dysfunctional or even an addict, and then release the associated negative emotions surrounding the issue.

Understanding that we only acted because of being misaligned from our True Self allows us to face what we have done – for release – not for self-condemnation. Peace and feelings of well-being are the goals of self-forgiveness. Adding more guilt is not.

It is the denial and burying of these shadow parts of ourselves that keep us in emotional bondage, take away our current peace of mind, and cause us to continue to act in ways that hurt ourselves or others.

We forgive ourselves for undermining becoming our Best Self by

  • acknowledging and addressing the how’s and wherefores of the attitudes and/or actions that kept us in dysfunctional patterns,
  • taking time to honestly look at the why’s allows our true thoughts and feelings on the subject to surface,
  • journalling allows our feelings and thoughts to flow through us onto paper. It helps us connect to our innocent self that only acted out of fear.

Self Forgiveness is Paramount to becoming Our Best Selves

  • asking our self questions helps to connect the dots to why we acted in ways that ultimately hurt us. What were our triggers? Why did we do what we did, or did not do what we were supposed to or had planned to? Were we sad, lonely, angry, overwhelmed, or did we feel unloved or unappreciated? When we pinpoint the reason we can allow/invite the associated emotions to come to the surface,
  • crying, addressing our anger or frustrations at our self, or pretend yelling at a perpetrator as if he or she were there dislodges the emotions from our psyche, and so their hold on us disappears.

As well as in my book, there are many techniques that aim to empower us and can be helpful with self-forgiveness like The Sedona Method or Byron Katie’s The Work. These can help us examine areas that might need self-forgiveness, forgiving others, forgiving situations, and forgiving the world.

Forgiving ourselves for hurting others, especially our loved ones, brings up many emotions and we will have to effectively deal with the guilt and shame if we want to overcome the effects.

We forgive ourselves for hurting others by

  • acknowledging to ourselves how we may have hurt them,
  • making amends when appropriate and possible,
  • releasing the shame and guilt of it all,
  • getting help if the guilt and shame are overwhelming or we cannot find our way out of it all alone.

If we have been the person of authority and acted in ways that hurt, belittled, undermined, or disempowered those under our charge, once we face what we have done, are remorseful, are getting the help we need, and are aiming to change the path we are on, we too can return to wholeness and allow for our Best Self to come forth.

Forgiving ourselves for hurting our children or a loved one might be one of our greatest challenges, however it must be done if we are to move forward in life free from unconscious influences and the attitudes and behaviors they engender that create further chaos or conflict in our life.

And by us moving past the shame and guilt of hurting others and finding a new and better normal, we demonstrate to others who may not be able to face their guilt and shame and/or move past their regrets.

Below is a peek at more inside the book:

Improving our attitudes helps change the world, as every shift in attitude affects the vibration of the Planet as a whole. (Introduction).

Somewhere deep within the crevices of our mind lies the cellular memories of the original feelings of living within a harmony-ruled paradigm and so, it remains a longing deep within us. (Chapter 1)

Most humans are deeply conflicted because we are born into a society that extols the virtues of love, caring, and honesty, but is biased in carrying out the representations of these virtues. This creates a pull and push within us.  (Chapter 1, Why We Are the Way We Are)

Powerful shifts will occur in us when we acknowledge the truth of who we are, while at the same time reconcile the truth of who we are being. (Chapter 2, Universal Laws / Kingdom Principles)

Our capacity to love others is in direct relationship to how much we love ourselves. (Chapter 3, What We Can Do About It)

Don’t wallow in what you have or haven’t done—don’t get stuck in the darkness. (Chapter 3)

How we choose to live life “in the meantime” will likely be the deciding factor to our happiness, because most of our life is spent in the meantime. (Chapter 3)

It is usually our intellect that is running the show, making our right brain and its creative impulses at its beck and call. (Chapter 4, Along the Way)

Every contact with another person is an opportunity to offer a notion of unity and Oneness, or one of polarity and separation. (Chapter 5, Relationships)

The real purpose of our relationships is to provide a learning tool for us to unearth and heal our misalignments. (Chapter 5)

Free will is our inheritance. However, we are not exercising true free will if we live under the tutelage of unconscious influences. (Chapter 6, Words, Symbols, Rituals, Concepts, Prayers).

Many have confused God’s revenge with the karmic Law of Balance playing out in our lives. (Chapter 6)

The seventh dimension (of the twelve noted) is considered the level of Christ consciousness. (Chapter 6)

The Universe will disappear when there is no longer any need for form to play out the duality we embraced eons ago.(Chapter 6)

The electromagnetic fields we create from our heart chakras are at least forty times stronger than those created from our brains. (Chapter 7, Science)

The Universe is holographic. As we move beyond the limitations of the 3rd dimension Humanity has existed under we will be able to take advantage of all it entails. This will allow us to feel empowered, be able to reach our full potentials, and feel connected to one another. (Chapter 7)

 The different races that visited earth inhabit dimensions with varying degrees of spiritual evolution, just as here on earth some of us are more spiritually evolved while others are more technologically advanced. (Chapter 7)

Our planet is a living, breathing organism … and just like us she has to cleanse herself of toxins – the physical and emotional toxins we have put upon her. (Chapter 9, The Planet and Abundance)

 At levels beyond our awareness we chose to be here at this time of “The Shift” to help bring about our and Gais’s Ascensions – a great cosmic event.  (Chapter 10, Ascension)

When we are completely aligned with the Oneness, there is no awareness of duality and all ideas of separation disappear. (Conclusion)

In her excellent book, Your Journey to Peace: Bridging the Gap Between Religion, Spirituality, Psychology, and Science, Rosemary McCarthy gives us a comprehensive summary of the complete spiritual journey, and how its process relates to, and is ultimately connected to, the major human expressions of the truth.

I highly recommend this work to all who are on a spiritual path. You may find that it helps you accelerate your journey to a home we have never really left.

Journey… is such a great pleasure to read. After perusing Contents, I was eager to see how you wrote about many topics and I jumped all around. You explain everything with clarity, warmth and personality – this is so important for readers who are just awakening. And, as you can imagine, it was lovely to find that information in the five Matthew books and his messages is so aligned with the numerous parts of Journey I’ve read so far.

I am so impressed with your work!  The huge amount of research that went into this is remarkable – Matthew is in excellent company! – and so is the time you devoted to the parts from p. 401 on.

The Importance of Embracing Our Passions

There are many reasons we manifest on earth.

  • To experience and to express love.
  • To remember, or to learn, the importance of tapping into joy,
  • To help each other through life.
  • To learn to overcome obstacles – our life lessons – that help us grow spiritually and our soul to evolve.
  • To discover our soul/life purpose.

Embracing our heart’s desires, which show up as our longings and develop into our passions helps us achieve what we came here for. Heeding our longings – the yearning in our hearts helps us discover our passions.

Embracing our passions brings us joy. Makes us feel alive. Keeps us feeling empowered.

Leaning into our passions creates positive, uplifting vibrations within our being – which extend out into the world as we go about daily life.

Humanity is going through a metamorphosis – a Shift. The cosmos is showering us with gifts of love, light, and grace that are encouraging us to connect to what brings us joy, embody a lightness of being, discover and embrace our passions and life purpose, and become our best self.

We access these gifts when we are open to universal flow. We are open to universal flow when we are living through our hearts. When we are loving. Accepting. Compassionate. Fair. Generous of spirit in all ways.

This article/blog post is based on concepts in my book Your Journey to Peace, Bridging the Gap Between Religion, Spirituality, Psychology, and Science. Book Synopsis is found here).

Archetypes Act As Conduits to Help Us, and to Strengthen Latent Qualities Within Us

When We Are Closed to Universal Flow

Being unyielding to change, or at the affect of unconscious influences that direct our thoughts, attitudes, or behaviors in negative or divisive ways blocks universal flow. Blocks access to love. To joy. To our passions.

This Shift is encouraging us to become more flexible – more open to new ideas. To replacing old, outdated notions of what makes us happy and contented. Open to the importance of joy. To experiencing joy. More open-hearted.

It is also guiding us to recognize and overcome any unconscious influences that are keeping us distanced from our true selves and distanced from others. To become aware of how our thoughts, attitudes, and actions are affecting ourselves, those around us, and the world as a whole.

Guiding us to face what has kept us from accessing joy, being able to connect to our passions, discover our life purpose, and become our best self.  We are asked to forgive what we have – and have not done that is not of love regarding ourselves, and regarding others. To become more conscious. More accepting and open-hearted towards others.

To become more open-hearted and open to universal flow we can,

  • Engage in light-hearted activities;
  • Socialize with happy, positive people;
  • Spend time around animals;
  • Immerse our self in nature;
  • Listen to music attuned to the higher vibrations in the universe.

These all help our energetic beings stay in balance and in tune with universal flow amidst the onslaught of the stressors of modern day living.

The Importance of Embracing Our Passions

Many Possible Passions / Many Possible Callings

If your passion calls you to create – do it! You will be uplifting others by bringing beauty into the world. If it calls you to work for the betterment of people, animals, the Planet, or the world in general – do it! You will be bringing forth concrete efforts for change.

  • If your passion calls you to teach—become an educator! You are one of the lucky ones, as you will have the honor of guiding the next generation who have come at this time of the Shift fully open and aware of what the world needs;
  • If passion calls you to create a loving family—do it! The children you bring into the world will further our efforts to create a loving and compassionate world;
  • If you feel passionate about cooking, farming, or the food industry in general―embrace it! You will be nourishing people’s bodies, which nourishes their minds and souls;
  • If passion calls you to the business community, technical industry, or any other seemingly everyday job or career path—answer the call! You will be filling the needs of people in their day-to-day lives as well as those whose life purpose is to directly help others;
  • If you feel passionate about art, music, dance, writing, and so on—embrace it! You will be helping people connect to their heart spaces through the vibrations your creations hold.

It doesn’t matter what we do in life. What is important is that

we answer the call of our hearts, make conscious decisions, and

have passion for and bring integrity into all we do.

We must answer our calls to passion. It is what makes us happy – feel alive. And sometimes we have to go looking for it, even in non-traditional ways.

Robin McGraw is a true believer in the need to go looking for what makes us happy. In her book, Inside My Heart: Choosing to Live with Passion and Purpose, she explains that this was the driving thought behind her wanting to lead a Brownie troop when she was newly married but had no children yet. This satisfied her passion to nurture children.

If you cannot tap into your passions, allow the Universe to guide you. You can,

  • Set your intention and allow your thoughts and words to flow on paper;
  • Sit quietly in prayer or meditations and ask Spirit, (God, the Universe) to guide you;
  • Make lists of what you like to do or have wanted to try or do. Notice how each makes you feel. Consider exploring those that generate good feelings.

The Importance of Embracing Our Passions

Our passions must make us feel excited. While embracing our passions helps us feel joy, it also helps the world in practical ways as we share our gifts, energy, and knowledge. Doing so also raises the vibration of the Planet. As we embrace our passions we connect to the joy within. Joy has a quality of lightness of being. Lightness of being raises the vibration of the Planet.

We are living in a time of planetary evolution. It is our cosmic time to embrace the lightness and expansiveness of the next stage of Humanity’s evolution. To live open-hearted. Tap into joy. Our passions. Become our best self. Loving. Fair. Accepting of all others.

It is our time to leave behind the heaviness of our past and its harsh ways of being and bring lightness into our lives, to those around us, and to the world.
